What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company, an optional phone number, what you need, and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and to prepare the quote you asked for. If the inquiry becomes a contract, it becomes part of the commercial record for that contract.
Who sees it
VirtualNet Cloud staff working on your inquiry. We do not sell it, we do not rent it and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from the last contact, unless the inquiry became a contract, in which case the retention period of that contract applies.

Cookies and measurement
This site sets one cookie, and only on the contact page: vnet_form. It holds the time the page was loaded and a random code, signed so that it cannot be forged, and it goes back only with the form. It tells a person who loaded the page apart from a program that posts the form directly, which is how almost all spam reaches us. It identifies no one, is used for nothing else and expires after a day.
The site runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records the page viewed, the page you came from, your browser, device type and approximate country, and how long the page took to load. For that, your browser loads a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com). The fonts are served from this site.
